After autologous fat grafting.....

I only just found out that a place like this existed~ If I had known beforehand, I would have thought about it more carefully before doing it.... I had autologous fat grafting for the paranasal augmentation area and nasolabial folds~ It has now been a month and a half since the surgery... The area beside my nose was so sunken that developing nasolabial folds was the biggest stress of my life, and after living outside Seoul, I got a job in Seoul, so I had the surgery during that opportunity~ I promised myself that if I just had this surgery, I really wouldn’t have any complaints from then on.... I thought a fat grafting center would have more experience than just a regular plastic surgery clinic, so I went there~ I listened to various explanations and had it done that very day... After surgery, I was horrified by myself in the mirror.... I thought, well, it’s the first day, so that can happen, but even after a week, my fat showed no sign of going down... They put a lot of fat not in the areas I wanted, but around my cheekbones and the bone under my eyes, so I looked completely like a beast, a monster~ Why that doctor put it there is still a mystery.... It was a doctor with absolutely no skill... I went back 8 days after surgery and had it removed again~ They said they couldn’t remove it all completely, so they removed as much as possible, 70%... After removing it, at least my face came back, so I felt relieved, but now a month and a half has passed and there is still fat left.... I guess I’m the type whose fat doesn’t absorb well... When I’m not smiling, there is a little volume, and the nasolabial folds are weaker than before, so that part is good... But when I smile, the small amount of fat left gets pushed up toward the cheekbones and feels like it will burst, and the fat in the nasolabial folds forms an extremely awkward shape, making it look exactly like I have a mustache.... The reason I’m writing this is that if you are thinking about surgery, please don’t regret it like I do, and think carefully before doing it~ I’m against paranasal augmentation and nasolabial fold fat grafting... Fat grafting to the cheeks or eyelids is fine because those aren’t areas where the muscles move... Never do it~ Paranasal augmentation and nasolabial folds..... You become a total beast, and when you smile, it looks really awkward.... For the nasolabial fold area, whenever you smile, because there is fat right beside the nose, that part doesn’t move while the other muscles move, so it really looks like a mustache has grown... The surgery cost, all the emotional suffering I went through... and even the scars from the needle holes..... I really regret it, deeply regret it.... I’m desperately praying that the little fat still remaining will be completely absorbed.... And the doctor at the hospital where I had surgery was really unfriendly and even made me feel severely humiliated... On the day I went to have the fat removed again, maybe the doctor was in a bad mood, but during the procedure, the needle accidentally sprang out inside the tissue and even left a 3 cm scar on my cheek... Never go to that hospital... And I’m against paranasal augmentation and nasolabial folds...
