I had gone around to a fair number of hospitals for consultations too, but honestly, I felt like ㄹㅂㄹ was the only place that really looked at things well as a nose-specialized clinic, so I had surgery there, and it’s been 6 months now. It made me realize why it’s good to go somewhere that focuses mainly on one type of surgery. I’m also the type who gets scared easily and worries a lot, so when my condition drops or I don’t feel well, I worry a lot about whether something might happen to my nose. But so far, nothing abnormal. I think you can filter out hospitals that just glance roughly at your nose and easily say, “This is what you should do,” while going around for consultations. And I think there are also hospitals that excessively try to add in every possible surgery. Choosing a hospital is ultimately your own judgment, but since nose surgery is a procedure where implants may be inserted, I really think it’s better to do a lot of legwork, look into it carefully, and then get the surgery.
