I had surgery here around 8 years ago, but it made my jaw too square, created a secondary angle, and they even told me to get a cheekbone reduction, so I trusted them and had the surgery, but my face ended up looking longer, like a cucumber. I still don't understand why they recommended cheekbone surgery. Even now, the side effects make my swelling and inflammation worse, and my face looks longer instead. I developed social anxiety and depression, and I haven't looked at photos or mirrors for a long time. I'm looking into reconstruction, but aside from the cost, I heard the side effects would be even worse, so I gave up. I really don't meet anyone and just stay inside the house. It's so painful.
