The director and staff were all kind, they adjusted the price well, and even when I asked questions several times during the consultation, they answered kindly and thoroughly without seeming annoyed. But somehow, their style seemed to be that if I had something I wanted, they would do it that way. If you think of it as them matching your opinion, that’s good in that sense, but it could also be taken as, “You asked us to do it this way.” I think it might have been better if, when I gave my surgical preferences, they also shared their opinions and we coordinated them together at least once.
