I had my first double eyelid surgery, and because it was incisional, the scar is clearly visible. Also, the epicanthoplasty was opened too much, so the shape is pretty, but it looks a bit obvious I had it done a long time ago, and back then they just told me to do the incisional method, so I did, but I really regret not doing natural adhesion or the buried suture method It's disappointing.
