I visited for a consultation for eye revision surgery. During the consultation, they looked at me from quite close up, which felt slightly burdensome, but they were very passionate and explained things in detail, so it was good. They clearly said they would do what was possible right away and that what wasn't possible wasn't possible. The doctor was the best. However, the front desk staff seemed unmotivated
