The doctor gave a careless consultation. I made an appointment and went with a desperate heart, but it was a 5-minute consultation. Then the manager came in, as if they were telling us to wrap it up quickly or something. The doctor only said what they wanted to say and did not listen during the consultation. The manager isn’t even a medical professional, but I ended up consulting with the manager. After they briefly showed a video of the surgical method, how am I supposed to understand it?
