This was a hospital I went to because of medial epicanthoplasty restoration. First of all, I got the impression that the doctor had a lot of varied experience. There was also a booklet explaining various side effects displayed, and the consultant actually showed it to me. The surgery schedule was packed. When I said I wanted to know what the surgical process was like, they showed me a video too. When I went for a second consultation, they explained things more kindly than last time, which was good.
