I had double-eyelid revision surgery today at 10. The surgery time was a full 2 and a half hours... Toward the end, even my tailbone in my butt felt so numb...ㅋ I was so tense that one arm went beyond numb and later even became paralyzed..ㅋ During surgery they were massaging one arm and making a whole fuss...ㅋ Anesthesia really hurts so much. That feeling of the injection needle digging into the flesh.. On top of that, the anesthesia wore off midway, so they did it once more... Even after anesthesia, you know those dull sensations.. What they're doing to my eyes... I could hear every sound clearly.. I was alone trying not to listen to those sounds, thinking all kinds of random thoughts... And why were my feet so cold... I realized once again that this is something I can never, ever do again.. I hope it heals well... But when I got home and asked my younger sibling, they said my eyes don't close all the way.. It felt so devastating... About 0.5 mm... You can't see it if you just look normally, but if you look closely, a little of the white of the eye shows, they said.. Has anyone who had surgery experienced this? What should I do if my eyes don't close all the way~! They say it can happen because of swelling, but looking now, I don't think the swelling is that severe... If any of you have had this, please let me know... I'm so worried... And can I take off the tape stuck on my eyes? It's so stuffy I'm dying, but the hospital emphasized that I absolutely must not remove it... Please reply... I'll upload photos soon too.
