The photo on top is before surgery, and the one below is after surgery. For my eyes, I had a partial incision, and for my nose, I had nasal bone osteotomy + Gore-Tex + ear cartilage.. My eyes originally formed double eyelids when I wore makeup, so I just had them done lightly, but they made them too thin, so it doesn’t even show, and I think they’ll become inner double eyelids later... Everyone says it looks like I didn’t have surgery......, Should I make the nasal tip a bit higher?
