I heard it has closed down. I had it done about 10 years ago, and a friend turned out so well that I followed suit. They set the starting point of the glabella low and raised the tip, so the height and overall balance were definitely elegant and pretty, but at the time they used the common L-shaped silicone, which led to problems like a sharp nose and no columella.
