They gave me a nice, open front canthoplasty with no visible scar. But because I had to remove the stitches about two days earlier than planned, maybe that’s why the alar reduction and back canthoplasty left some scarring. The back canthoplasty scar isn’t very visible and it opened well, but the alar area... Still, the surgery itself turned out so well that I’m thinking of going back for lower canthoplasty.
