I had full-face fat grafting 6 years ago. I got it because there was a student discount. It wasn’t bad, but the fat extraction hurts more than I expected. I had sedation anesthesia. The staff were kind and it was fine. I swelled a lot, so the swelling lasted about two to three months. For petit fat procedures, Forever is okay.
