They recommended osteotomy, alar reduction, and lifting the nasal tip. My aunt is a nurse, and she said there’s a huge difference between a clinic and a plastic surgery hospital, so I didn’t get it done here. But if it weren’t for that, I was going to get it done here. For the alar reduction, they said they’d probably do it from inside the nose and spoke with a very confident vibe. If I had done it here, I don’t think it would have looked that natural. If you want a slightly flashy pretty nose, I recommend it. Honestly, I don’t know the exact price. Maybe mid-to-late 3 million to early 4 million.
