I wanted closed rhinoplasty, but Cohen Clinic seemed to have clear before-and-after differences while using an internal-open approach without scarring, so I was drawn to it and went for a consultation. When I had the consultation with the director, he definitely seemed to have a deep understanding of the surgery, and even from the position of someone who didn’t know much and hadn’t prepared a lot, he explained things in an easy-to-understand way, which was really good. I was also drawn to the fact that he set the direction with a line that suited overall facial harmony, and that there seemed to be many cases that turned out natural. However, the available surgery schedule doesn’t match mine, so for now I’m still wondering whether I should go somewhere else. I made a reservation and went, but the wait...
