I'm uploading before-and-after photos. (top is before, bottom is after) I had silicone put in the nasal bridge and a little cartilage at the nasal tip, relatively simply. There isn't a big change. I don't think there is much effect from the front. It's a side view, so it doesn't show well in the photo, but is it because there is still swelling? I wish the nasal tip would become a bit slimmer..
