The hospital building is a bit old. The advantage is that they handle double eyelid surgery at an eye clinic, but I think a microscope is something an eye clinic should naturally have. The doctor is kind, but when he confidently says that more than 90% will fully come undone, it feels a bit hard to believe. The removal cost is still fairly cheap.
