The surgery experience was a long time ago, so the director's current skill may have improved, but I'll leave this as a personal review for reference. First of all, the director was very kind during the consultation and answered my questions well whenever I asked something. I think the consultation manager had probably changed, and that person was kind too, but they recommended things a bit too much, like a rhinoplasty I didn't want, so I didn't like that.
