I had the buried suture method, and because I heard that practicing opening my eyes wide and looking upward is good, I've been practicing continuously.. But it hurts so much to open my eyes wide and look upward - - It's not painfully severe, but it does hurt a bit0 And my swelling is no joke I posted photos in the photo room- - Other people's buried suture cases aren't that severely swollen after surgery, so why is mine so severe That's why I'm so angry- - I'm doing both ice compresses and warm compresses, but.. there isn't much difference in the swelling - - I'm so angry I could die And tears often well up in my eyes when I open my eyes wide and look upward- - Is it like that for you too? Or is it just me0? I even wonder if I shouldn't have done it.. ugh- - I'm going crazy
