The director definitely seems to have an aesthetic sense. I didn’t even mention the parts where I knew what the problem was, but he brought them up first. He only recommends surgeries that are necessary or surgeries he thinks will turn out well if he performs them, and if something doesn’t seem likely to improve, he does not recommend it. I think I understand why it’s known as a celebrity plastic surgery clinic. If someone already has a decent base and is likely to turn out well, they could probably improve naturally here. But I’m someone who needs surgery with a more difficult technique, and the director’s aesthetic feels like a refined actor in their 30s-40s, a slightly old-fashioned style, so it doesn’t suit me.
