I had a lot of dissatisfaction with the very long wait time and inefficient system. I went to get the 9,900 won Botox, but I had to take a waiting number and wait in order to receive a consultation. The consultation was not with a doctor, but with a consultation manager, and I wondered whether this process was really necessary. The consultation manager also looked tired, and the people waiting were exhausted too. I thought this inefficient system should be improved. On top of that, at this clinic, interns or university students, not specialists, practice procedures...
