Starting about 10 days ago, the nostril on the operated side swelled and hurt, and then something brown and transparent formed inside my nose.. At first I thought it was a booger, but when I went to the clinic, they said the silicone had come out.. No wonder it wouldn’t come off.. (It’s been about 1 year and 6 months since the surgery.) They said it was at least fortunate that inflammation didn’t develop because the protruding silicone kept bacteria from getting inside ~ I didn’t want to live my whole life with silicone stuck inside my nose, and I didn’t really like the shape, and I was scared too, so I just had it removed. My nasal bridge is really low, but I’d rather live with peace of mind ~ But whose fault would this be... I’ve never bumped into anything, and I don’t drink or smoke either..
