Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

(Desperately need repliesㅠ.ㅠ) The most complicated nose surgery of them all.. even osteotomy..

The most complicated nose surgery of them all.... My nose was originally broad and spread out.. like a pug nose.. So I had the surgery in early February. They performed osteotomy to bring the nasal bones together, then put silicone on top of that, and for the tip they built a support column with septal cartilage and brought it together... My nasal cartilage was also bent, which made breathing a bit uncomfortable, so they cut out the bent part too.... I had everything done... whew.. But.. if they do osteotomy and then build it up with silicone on top.. as the bones fuse again, wouldn't the weight of the silicone or the firmness of the nasal skin make it gradually sink back down?? After surgery, I really hate that the silicone is showing as an 11 shape now.. and the thought that I have to live with silicone in my nose for the rest of my life.. the more I think about it, the more depressed I get, and I keep thinking I shouldn't have had the surgery.. I really, really want to remove the silicone.ㅠ.ㅠ.. If 6 months pass and I ask for a revision and just say I want the silicone removed, will they take it out...??? Keep the tip support made with septal cartilage as it is.... I want to remove the silicone. And the doctor doesn't tell me how many mm the silicone is.. they just say it was elevated naturally.... Sigh.. If I remove the silicone, even if my nose just goes back to the height it had before surgery, that would be fine.. But because I also had osteotomy.. I feel like if I remove the silicone later, it'll somehow end up much lower than before surgery, and the shape will be strange... Does anyone else have this worry...ㅠ.ㅠ.. Replies are very welcome please.. even a private message.. sob. But after osteotomy, if they put in silicone.. does it really sink a bit over time......??? Oh, and.. I want to take an X-ray because I want to see what shape my nose bones are in now, and whether it's okay to remove the silicone... the silicone should show up on X-ray too, right?? If I get an X-ray, where should I get it done..?? Can you get an X-ray at a plastic surgery clinic??
