I liked how they marked the line with a wire. It’s a clinic that mainly does incisional procedures. They said if the non-incisional buried-suture method comes undone, I can have it stitched again or switch to an incisional method. With incision, the scar can’t be removed, but the size is maintained. With the buried-suture method, it can completely loosen. For epicanthoplasty, it’s an incision. During incision, it seems like they remove fat. They make a very small cut. They sew about one stitch. They want it to look like someone seeing me for the first time wouldn’t think I had surgery. They say no to what can’t be done. They seemed very honest. But I didn’t particularly feel a strong sense of expertise. I visited because an acquaintance recommended it, but compared with my expectations, it didn’t feel that structured or polished. They said if I want to do the buried-suture method, they’ll do it for me.
