They're kind, but the silicone bridge started too high from the beginning at the area between the brows and was too thick, so I ended up looking like an Avatar. So even when I had revision surgery to lower it, they had just jammed it in carelessly, and later the silicone and the nasal tip separated, with the silicone gradually being pushed upward. It turned into a hump. There was some service like applying vitamins, and things like that.
