I had my first double eyelid surgery here 6 years ago when I was young. I had a lot of fat in my eyelids and signs of ptosis, so fat removal was essential and that was the main purpose. The fat removal definitely worked. For the double eyelid line, I had an in-line style made thin, and it came out without any unnatural feeling or scar. Rather than the director's eye for aesthetics or things like that, they just did it the way the patient wanted.
