They open at 11, and I was able to get through by phone starting at 10:30. I didn't have a separate consultation and went straight to the procedure room. I had gotten Botox in the same area before anyway, so there wasn't really anything to consult about. They briefly explained the precautions, and they performed the procedure while taking into account what I told them. I think it's good for getting Botox at a low price.
