Eye Surgery Reviews@eye-review

One week after revision surgery

As you can see, before the revision surgery, my eyes were deep, dark, and thick. The sausage-like swelling was no joke either. They were also uneven.. One side was an in-fold, and the other was an out-fold close to an in-fold. I had it done last Monday, so it's been one week... The bruising still hasn't gone away and there's still a lot of swelling, but the line has come out to some extent, so I'm posting this.. On one side, the double eyelid has settled on the line, but on the other side, it has settled slightly above it and hasn't come down yet, so it looks uneven... (It will come down, right?) The outer end of the line also hasn't come down yet. (But in the evening, it seems to come down a bit..) Last time I was worried because they removed a long line (I posted photos too) but the double eyelid doesn't go that far.. They said that was for removing an old scar... Right now the wound is a little visible, but I think it won't show after time passes. (You can see the wound in the photo, right?) Also, about what I was worried about then, that my eyes wouldn't close, now they do close, but not right away. When I close my eyes, they stay half-open at first, then after 3 seconds they close completely.. (lol.. it's really funny how they take 3 seconds to close) I think with time they'll close right away.. So far, I'm satisfied... Before the revision surgery, when measured with my eyes closed, it was 8 mm, but now it's 5 mm.. I think it will come down more once the swelling goes down.. For a few days I was diligently doing warm compresses, but since I started going to work on Friday, I couldn't do them, so I need to start doing them diligently again... My eyes probably won't become hidden double eyelids, right?
