I had double-eyelid surgery about 7 years ago, and at the time they used their own technique called incisional-buried sutures, which combines the advantages of both incisional and buried-suture methods. The post-op swelling was almost nonexistent, but about 3 months later the double eyelid loosened. They said they'd do a revision right away, but without any separate explanation they set the line extremely high and did it with incisional surgery, so I'm still living with a thick double eyelid. I referred three friends to that clinic, and all of them had theirs loosened too and got revision surgery. I don't know how it is now, but I absolutely do not recommend it.
