I was looking into eye surgery and was planning to go to Seoul, but since this was also a local plastic surgery clinic, I stopped by. The funny thing was that my mom also said she had surgery here after becoming an adult, and I didn't even know my mom had double eyelids. The facilities were a little outdated, but they seemed professional.
