I went to have residual marks from eyebrow tattooing removed. The hospital facilities were good, there were many foreign patients, and the atmosphere was chaotic. The consultation was done by a manager, and after cream anesthesia, a woman with bleached hair performed the procedure. She didn’t seem to be a doctor, so I asked later, and they said she wasn’t a doctor but a professional practitioner. The procedure didn’t hurt at all, and there was absolutely no effect
