I had surgery about 5 years ago, and it’s still not bad. But the thing to note is that you absolutely, absolutely have to do a second round. I only did the first round, then it all went away, so in the end I went through the huge process of extracting fat again and having surgery again. The injected areas didn’t hurt, but the donor areas hurt so, so much. I did full-face fat grafting, and the middle of my forehead became sunken. If you put fat in the forehead, you must get Botox to be careful about hollowing. If you have some fat on your body, I recommend extracting from the abdomen rather than the thighs. Arms are okay too. Thighs are just death, so I don’t recommend them.
