I had double chin liposuction. I think they gave me swelling shots and some other services for free as well. There were additional procedures recommended, and the doctor and consultation director were reasonably kind. But there was no aftercare, and the effect was minimal. It's been 2 years since the surgery, and I feel like the tissue under the skin has become weak, and it still hurts a little when touched.
