I wanted a natural nose surgery, so I asked them not to make it too high. It ended up looking natural and not that high, so people can't really tell I had it done. Afterward I thought maybe I should have made it a bit higher and more obvious, but it turned out naturally and without looking too obvious, just the way I wanted at first.
