It’s factory-style, so there are a lot of people. But each floor is very narrow. The lobby isn’t open and spacious, so the desk staff also aren’t that friendly. The doctors are kind. It was my first time waiting outside after applying numbing cream, so it felt awkward. They performed the procedure well, and after getting Potenza, I felt like my skin texture became really good. I got it because of my pores, and I do feel they improved a little, but as expected, the difference isn’t dramatically obvious. It’s probably better not to have high expectations for pores. As for pain, since it was done after applying numbing cream, it was tolerable for me.
