It's been 3 years since I had surgery through an app event. I had a small, pouty mouth as a complex, so I had width extension and the corners of my mouth lifted. I'm not the type to shop around a lot, so I only consulted here and went ahead with the surgery, and I knew there would be a scar. In conclusion, the width extension worked, but I'm not sure about the mouth-corner lifting. There is a scar, but unless you look closely, it's not noticeable, and since it was such a big complex for me, it was worth accepting. I also received several scar-laser service sessions afterward, but even so, I think you have to keep in mind that scars will remain, whether dark or light, depending on your skin.
