Full-incision double eyelid surgery at BK!! My face feels like it’s going to burst

I had surgery the day before yesterday, on the 4th~ I learned a lot from reading everyone’s surgery reviews in this community I heard the snip-snip sounds, the cauterizing sounds, the doctor saying “Scalpel!” and everything, and I understood everything they said and answered well, so he asked the nurse, I don’t know what it was, but anyway, “Didn’t you do beep-beep?” Then the nurse said, “Yes..........” So the doctor said, “That’s why she understands what we’re saying so well,” and that made me feel a bit uneasy........ hmm. When they were preparing me for surgery and putting in the IV, they told me to make a fist and then kept smacking my hand -_- While tying down my arm, the nurses were chatting among themselves about trivial things like how many people were left and whether they had eaten, and they were so careless.. They had no manners.... Anyway, after the surgery ended, I did some compresses and came home. On the first day, it was still somewhat tolerable, but what on earth, from the second day my face started swelling, and today, the third day... I know I shouldn’t say this (sorry) but my face has become like the “Fan Lady.” The plastic-surgery-addicted lady who was shown on “What on Earth”.. It’s not as bad as her face, but from my eyebrows to my cheekbones, it’s swollen like it’s going to burst When I look in the mirror, it’s funny But it seems like not everyone gets like this.. When I look at photos, only their eyes are swollen and the rest looks fine, so why am I the only one like this........ They said I bled a lot during surgery so maybe that’s why, but it’s too severe... I’m doing cold compresses, but it’s not going down, and starting today I’m going to properly go for walks Please give me advice
