I had full-face fat grafting 5 years ago. Now it’s all gone, so I don’t really know what to say, but at the time it was decent, though not exactly amazing. Still, I felt very strongly that there wasn’t much aftercare. It’s not exactly that there was some formal aftercare to begin with, but there didn’t seem to be any careful communication with the patient. Right now, there are some areas that have really sunk in due to fat loss.
