There are lots of stories about compresses, like: use hot compresses after 3 days... no, use cold compresses. Cold compresses make your eyes sag. Cold compresses in the morning, hot compresses at night, and so on, so I'm really confused. It seems different at each hospital too.. But until when did you do compresses?? If you feel like the swelling has gone down, should you stop then? Do you need to do it for a month? It's been 10 days for me, and I've been doing hot compresses and cold compresses, just whatever I can do, but I don't know if that's right or if I should only do hot compresses.. The stitches are the kind that dissolve, I think, so I haven't had them removed yet.. I've also been walking for an hour each time, but when I see the swelling going down it feels worth it... but this seems to get more swollen day by day.. So I keep wondering if I made the line too thick or didn't remove the fat, it's really confusing.... Please tell me~~~^0^
