The manager is friendly first of all. Everyone seems to feel a little differently about that, haha. The director is extremely professional and always has books about ptosis on the desk. Maybe because there are a lot of questions? At other places I was diagnosed with pseudoptosis, but here they said it was moderate to severe ptosis, so I was pretty confused.
