About 5-6 years ago, when I had revision nose surgery, I used silicone and ear cartilage. A week after the surgery, I went back for a follow-up, but the director was in surgery and busy, so another doctor checked my progress. I mentioned that the bridge of my nose seemed slightly asymmetrical, but they said it was not at all like that. I understood that my face is naturally asymmetrical, but since they said it wasn't, it felt a bit absurd. Just looking at the nostrils, anyone could see they were asymmetrical, so they showed me a photo. When I took a picture and looked at it, anyone could see the nostrils were uneven. When the director came, they said they would reduce the nostrils next time...
