Compared to the other hair removal treatment reviews, I got the procedure about 4 times. The price was good, and after the first session it seemed effective, so I kept going, but it didn't seem to improve beyond that, so I stopped. I didn't feel the doctor was rude, but the front desk had a somewhat blunt vibe.
