I got semi-permanent lip makeup, and it hurts a lot. Even with numbing cream applied, tears streamed down. I also wonder if it might hurt less if the numbing cream is left on longer. The retention period isn’t long, so I think I’ll have to do it once a year. Maybe because I had it done naturally, before getting filler
