I paid 10,000 won for the consultation fee. After looking at my eyes, they said these are eyes that need scar removal, but because there is no excess skin, they would have to perform a two-line excision, and since the existing scar is severe, scarring would remain even after surgery. That seemed honest. But they also said they would do fat repositioning to prevent adhesions. At the two hospitals I had consultations at previously, they said the area above my eyes is not currently sunken and it doesn't seem like I lack fat, so fat repositioning isn't necessary. So I don't plan to have surgery at this hospital.
