Actually, I first went in 2022 because InMode Forma FX was inexpensive, and at first they were quite kind and the effect was decent, so I went often. But the director gradually became less kind. Still, since I always went and only got InMode, the manager didn't recommend anything else. I think I've gotten it 3-4 times a year until now, and although I do bruise a bit, the effect seems good, so I kept going. However, these days I've gained some weight and switched to Ultherapy, and it really is on a different level. If you don't have much fat and want it more for maintenance, I recommend managing with InMode.
