They are kind, but it felt like the doctor didn’t do the design and everything ended really quickly… The consultation manager was kind and answered the questions I asked well, so I had no complaints at all. But the procedure ended extremely quickly, and what I think is the biggest issue is that they did not tell me any post-procedure instructions or precautions. Usually other hospitals hand out a small instruction sheet, and if they don’t, they explain verbally, but here they didn’t tell me anything, and even when I asked, they said there wasn’t really anything, so I found it strange haha. Recommended if you just want to get the procedure done quickly.
