I had incisional double eyelid surgery 7 years ago. The director was kind, but at the time the consultation manager said buried sutures would come undone and put together a quote that included full incision, eye correction, and epicanthoplasty, but when I went into the consultation with the director, they said eye correction and epicanthoplasty weren’t needed and recommended only double eyelid surgery. After the surgery, at the time, the swelling wouldn’t go down and the incision line was so visible that I thought it was a failure, but 1-2 years later, as the swelling went down and things settled, now people who meet me for the first time wouldn’t know unless I tell them I had double eyelid surgery.
