Someone left a review on another cafe, and their surgery turned out so well that I visited. During my first surgery, I insisted on asking the director at that hospital to do this and that even though they said it couldn’t be done, and it ended up failing, so I’m looking into revision surgery. Because of that, I actually liked that they clearly said what was possible was possible, and what wasn’t possible was not possible. It’s a bit hard to say they’re friendly, but they also weren’t rude or unkind. They explained my questions thoroughly without seeming uncomfortable or annoyed, so I think it would be good to think of the questions you want to ask in advance before going. But …
