It had been a complex of mine since I was young, so I had surgery. It’s been over 3 years, and I’m now in my 4th year. At first, I was scared too and wondered if I could cover it to some extent with exercise, but after doing it, I’m really satisfied. The shape didn’t become strange, there are no scars, and I haven’t had any side effects. Whether I go to a bathhouse or a swimming pool, I can now take off my shirt with confidence, and if anything, I’ve been exercising hard afterward too, so I think I’ve become healthier mentally as well!
