My mouth was originally on the small side, so it stressed me out, but Director Park Seul-a did it well and naturally. The consultation manager looks at your face in person and explains procedures that would be good to do. I personally felt the staff were a bit unfriendly in some ways, but there was nothing that bothered me too much.
